shipping

We only ship within the US.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders regardless of how much you spend.

Send us an email at garciasports25@icloud.com within 1-2 hours of placing your order. Modifications or cancellations to an order are possible as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.  

You will receive an email with tracking information 1-2 days after placing your order.

Please check your spam folder.  Occasionally, our emails will arrive in your spam so be sure to check.  If you still cannot locate the email, simply email us at garciasports25@icloud.com and we will be glad to assist you further.

Once your order has been received, we will ship your order the same day or the next day, not including weekends.  If you place an order on Saturday, it could go out on the following Monday as long as it is not a holiday.

Once your product has been shipped, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days assuming that there are no delays.

We use USPS for all our shipping.

No, you will not need to sign.

Yes. Please ship the product back to us so that we can offer you a refund or reship your product.  It will be your responsibility to pay for the return shipping back to us.

Contact USPS: Reach out to USPS as soon as possible to inquire about your package. They may be able to provide more information about its status and whereabouts. You can contact them via phone, email, or their online customer service portal.

Provide Details: When contacting USPS, be sure to have your tracking number and any relevant details about the package ready. This will help them locate the package more efficiently and provide you with accurate information.

It’s definitely frustrating when a package shows as delivered but hasn’t reached you. Following these steps is a good plan of action. It’s surprising how often a neighbor or colleague ends up with the package by mistake. If it doesn’t turn up after a few days or your inquiries with neighbors and the post office yield no results, reach out to garciasports25@icloud.com for further assistance.
