RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it โ€” unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Youโ€™ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, weโ€™ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: if your order is being shipped outside of the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
